
This strategy was created with the purpose of presenting a set of public policies and actions that aim to consolidate the Orange Economy as a strategic sector of the Colombian economy, which in turn, will promote the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals agenda established by the UN, having as a central and transversal axis the adoption, adaptation and appropriation of the cultural and creative industries. This process requires the commitment of both the Government and cultural agents and the private sector to lead the change towards a new economic and social model where creativity and innovation are at the center of development. The Government of Colombia understands that the success of its economy consists of investing in the talent of its citizens and taking advantage of the entrepreneurial potential of the country’s youth, so that they can build sustainable life models ni the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
